Events by REW

Your mission
deserves more
than an event.
It deserves an
experience.

We translate the purpose behind your work into gatherings that move people — planned with an engineer's precision, carried out with uncommon calm.

The REW Difference

Where Structure
Meets Purpose

In 1998, Reginald Warren was handed a task — develop a full year of programming for a nonprofit in West Harlem. No playbook. Just responsibility and a phone full of the right people. He's been working that way ever since.

After earning a degree in civil engineering and building a career in project management, he incorporated the company in 2008 — and brought something the industry rarely sees: a producer who has already thought through every failure mode before the day arrives. The calm you feel on event day isn't a personality trait. It's a system.

We work primarily with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and social impact institutions. Because in this work, an event is never just an event. There's always a purpose. And the ROI is always someone being served.

What We Do

Two Worlds,
One Standard.

Whether the room holds forty loved ones or four hundred stakeholders, nothing about how we work changes — only who we're serving.

Nonprofits, Advocacy & Institutions

The event that
earns its existence.

We work with organizations who can't afford for their event to just happen. Every gathering we produce is built around a purpose — the right room, the right energy, the right sequence of moments to move your audience from attendees to believers.

Weddings & Celebrations

Beyond what you
knew to imagine.

Our first wedding client came in with a vision they couldn't fully name and a budget they were protective of. They talked about the event for days afterward. That's still the standard. We listen until we understand what you actually want — then build something that exceeds it.

How We Work

A System Built
for Certainty.

There's a backup for the backup plan. Every engagement runs through the same five-phase process — so that by the time event day arrives, the only surprises are the ones you planned for.

01

Discovery

We start by listening. Your goals, your audience, your constraints — understood before a single vendor is called.

02

Design

Venue, vendors, program architecture. Every selection made against your vision, not ours.

03

Pre-Production

Contracts negotiated. Run-of-show built. Every contingency mapped. This is where the calm gets made.

04

Execution

Day-of management, start to finish. Your team stays present for the people you serve. We handle everything else.

05

Post-Event

Budget reconciliation, stakeholder outreach, and a full debrief — because the event's work isn't done when the last guest leaves.

In Their Words

What clients say
after the last
guest leaves.

Reggie managed every detail with the precision of a project engineer and the grace of a seasoned host. Our team had no idea what happened behind the curtain — and that was the point.
